At Drivo Robotics, we are building Drivo Bot: the next generation of autonomous last-mile delivery infrastructure. Drivo Bot is a heavy-duty, 8x8 electric autonomous delivery robot engineered to navigate complex urban and suburban environments with unmatched stability and payload capacity. Unlike standard, fragile 4-wheel or 6-wheel delivery pods that get stuck on sidewalks, potholes, or steep inclines, our proprietary 8x8 skid-steer chassis and independent suspension layout ensure continuous ground contact and traction over any terrain.

We are actively solving three major crises in the last-mile logistics sector:

1. Skyrocketing Costs: The last mile represents over 50% of total shipping costs. Relying on human drivers is becoming economically unviable due to rising labor costs and driver shortages. Drivo Bot replaces expensive traditional logistics with an autonomous fleet, cutting operational costs by up to 70%.

2. Traffic & Emissions: Traditional delivery vans constantly block city streets, double-park, and contribute heavily to CO2 emissions. Running on a 100% electric platform, our robots operate quietly, reducing urban carbon footprints and freeing up city traffic.

3. The "Fragility Failure" of Current Robots: First-generation delivery robots frequently tip over on broken sidewalks or get stuck in snow and mud. Drivo Bot’s rugged 8x8 drivetrain solves these physical limitations. It guarantees reliable, all-weather, all-terrain operations, ensuring that the package always reaches the customer’s door without requiring human intervention or remote rescue.

By integrating a high-performance hardware platform (NVIDIA Jetson, 3D LiDAR, depth cameras), an advanced ROS 2 autonomy stack, and a seamless cloud API connected to a user-friendly mobile application, we enable local businesses to deliver goods faster, cheaper, and more sustainably.
