DreamCSX is building an artificial intelligence product to build the bridge between human and machine learning in customer experience. Not to eliminate the live agent experience, but rather to use it more effectively and efficiently to create amazing personalized customer experiences for brand consumers.

Our technology will be used both by our live agent BPO call center, and made available to outside call centers via our API. Leveraging data from both our call centers and centers using our API, processing it through our advanced behavioral analytics engines, and finally feeding that data into our AI to guide the best customer experiences for a consumer in real-time.

The data processed will assist us in creating a global database of individual consumer personality and behavioral profiles. These profiles will help power our tools and engines for the products we plan to monetize and be the eventual source of the most significant dataset on consumers since Facebook and Google.
