• Responsible for the installation and configuration of all Infrastructure equipment in the Distribution Center utilizing documented guidelines and procedures. This will include hardware and software upgrades, RF equipment, VoicePick equipment, PDT scanners, printers and all user hardware including telecom equipment.

• Support the FP&A team responsible for the financial and operational analytics of the company’s Real Estate division by partnering with department heads to develop and build business intelligence tools and data-driven insights.
• Identify relevant data sources and automate data collection and reporting processes.

• Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage.
• Ensures freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at end of trailer, determining when overflow is necessary.

• Oversee pre-construction activities, primarily design and permitting, for approximately 50–70 projects annually.
• Review Letters of Intent (LOIs), exhibits, lease language, and project criteria to accurately define and communicate project scope to A&E partners.

• Create and post internal job openings for the DC and maintain job files
• Review internal candidates and advise managers on applications

• Load and unload merchandise
• Check, verify and audit merchandise to ensure that ordered merchandise is as ordered and not damaged

• Load merchandise onto trailers by moving merchandise from conveyor to trailer or from pallet to trailer. Scan non-conveyable or non-diverted merchandise prior to loading on trailer.
• Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer

• Develop an annual data and analysis calendar and process with cross functional partners to proactively address known business needs while maintaining agility for ad hoc leadership requests.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross functional partners, translating complex data and insights into clear, and actionable decisions.
