Document360 is born out of our own frustrations writing product documentation for our other successful products for the past 5+ years.

We noticed most of the core capabilities required for a good knowledge base is missing in current solutions in the market. It's generally bundled with a help desk software.

We came to a conclusion there is definitely an opportunity to build a better product that just solves only one problem very well - "providing a great self-service knowledge base product", no ticketing, no chat, no bells & whistles.

We started the project as a company-wide hackathon and after few months of development Document360 is born.
