Our business; a web based document management system and workflow system for a niche market within the Insurance sector.

The web based system will encompass, local retail Agent, Wholesale Agents, Brokers & Underwriters, a hub for all parties to collect and store documentation and streamline the current documentation process.

The system will offer the following services;
• Creates the insurance policy/certificate of insurance
• Stores the insurance policies in an online document management system
• Collects data from each individual policy for monthly/annual reports
• Workflow system which creates documents via forms, sends to underwriters for agreement and then forwards on to agent for the insured.
• Web based portal log in for Underwriters.
• An online portal login for other intermediaries to request mid-term changes, I.e. change of material information.
• Creates invoices that will be attached to documents.
