Based on a fresh philosophy & point of view, sourced from primary & secondary research, we aim to bring about significant disruptions in the space of performance management. We are competing in the space where the existing players bring in heavy, archaic, complicated traditional systems on one end of the spectrum and over-simplistic, incomplete, low value add tools at the other end. We will be targeting companies, which are startups and other organizations having a large workforce of millennials. Our route-to-market will be through three ways: Direct sales through an in-house sales force and our existing networks; Indirect sales through channel partners who will also become our implementation partners; and Of-the-shelf sales.
