Roles we hire for: • IT Support Technician / Helpdesk — Resolve tickets, document as you go, support EHR/imaging, Wi-Fi, networking, and Microsoft 365. • Systems Administrator — Servers, backups, security controls, escalations, and change management. • Network / Security Technician — Wi-Fi design, MFA/EDR rollout, patching, and NIST-aligned safeguards. • vCIO / Technical Account Manager — Roadmaps, budgets, risk reviews, and client-facing strategy. (We also maintain a Talent Bench for future openings.)
