Our IoT-enabled integrated ops platform for water is scaling the expertise needed to handle operations across this fleet. The platform does 3 things to achieve this. First, it determines how each water treatment facility should operate given its physical configuration and needs. Second, it automates all the workflows in these facilities, whether its training onsite teams, guiding their daily workflow, and validating their work or managing the physical operation of equipment through our in-platform automation manager. When things start going wrong, it uses data streams from onsite sensors and electrical panels as well as test results to diagnose the root cause of the issue and guide teams through resolving them as well as escalating matters when needed. Finally, it analyses how operating cost and maintenance issues can be brought down through specific operational changes or physical upgradation of the facility. It thus executes the full suite of management actions involved in the space.
