DigiFab AI builds real-time AI systems for high-stakes manufacturing. Modern production lines generate massive amounts of sensor data but lack intelligent tools that can interpret it fast enough to prevent defects, downtime, and wasted materials. We turn raw thermal, visual, and process signals into actionable insights that engineers can trust.

We focus on practical, physics-aware machine learning. Our early work includes defect detection and sensor fusion for metal additive manufacturing, cloud-native ML pipelines, and explainable models that help operators understand what is happening inside complex machines.

We are pre-funding and operating with a lean, research-driven mindset. Our goal is to make advanced manufacturing more predictable, more automated, and easier to control using intelligent systems that work in the real world, not just in research papers.
