Digibilt takes digital control of the building process to:
- Increase labor productivity
- Reduce material waste
- Simplify the building process
- Increase profit
- Attract trade talent
It is a hybrid of a Software as a Service (SaaS) company plus a service provider to builders to create a piece level Building Information Model (BIM) which is required to access Digibilt's SaaS technology.

The service provider aspect of the hybrid approach creates a significant barrier to entry for potential competition.

Currently targeting the home building industry. Digibilt's technology is also applicable to commercial work and it has pilot customers for interior office construction and free standing retail.

Digibilt has several target customer types:
- Top 100 Builders
- 4K Mid-Tier Builders
- Commercial General Contractors/Subcontractors: interior office build-outs
- Retail Developer/Builder: roll out type buildings
