• Lead EC Division's Due Diligence practice by:
• Completing BD work to find new business for Phase 1 ESA's, Phase 2 ESA's, PCA's (Property Condition Assessments) and subsurface investigation services.

• Execute upon tasks set by Supervisor with respect to both currently and potentially awarded projects.

Tasks will include submitting utility record requests, damage protection utility locate requests, conducting supervised site visits and assessments, submitting service request packages to the utility providers, compile meeting minutes and continuously learn about the utility companies, their processes and the processes related to our client’s development types.

• Design and coordinate dry utilities from source to face of building.
• Coordinate with clients and entire project team (A/E, civil) to develop plan and obtain approvals.
