DeliveryDomain is tackling a pain points that most businesses deal with when signed up with third party delivery services. The two main pain points are high commissions and poor delivery services. The users/customers of third party apps also face pain points that continue to affect the way they order. User pain points include missing items, order delivered to wrong address, and increased menu prices. The founders of DeliveryDomain experienced these frustrations amongst others when operating a pizza delivery business. The question we asked was if pizza delivery businesses can manage their own delivery service and drivers, why cant any business wanting to support a demand that clearly exists by its customers? DeliveryDomain is aiming to support local businesses so that they do not have to lose so much of their hard earned profits and can provide higher quality service to their customers that is better suited to their standards.
