We are primarily looking for growth, product and technology roles. Applicants for growth roles should have a track record of creating growth for other Defi/blockchain platforms. We prefer people who have worked on building their personal brand and have existing relationships in the community. Product roles will fit those who have hands on engineering experience, and has some domain exposure in the payments, financing or investments space. This domain experience could be in payment products, loan management system, credit risk assessment systems, asset management systems, etc. For Technology roles, we are always looking for people with exceptional skills in Ethereum/solidity, Reactjs/native front end development, GraphQL, and Nodejs/Java based server side development experience.
