• Own a territory end to end: generate pipeline, run full-cycle deals, and carry a new-business and expansion number.
• Build your own pipeline through self-prospecting, and work with SDRs and Marketing to grow pipeline and build Deepgram's presence in the market, including representing Deepgram at key developer and industry events.

• Build next-generation neural audio codecs that achieve extreme, low bit-rate compression and high fidelity reconstruction across a world-scale corpus of general audio.
• Pioneer steerable generative models that can synthesize the full diversity of human speech from the codec latent representation, from casual conversation to highly emotional expression to complex multi-speaker scenarios with environmental noise and overlapping speech.

• Scalable Model Training: Architect and manage horizontally scalable systems that dramatically accelerate the end-to-end training lifecycle for Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models. This includes far more than automated training: the role focuses on making model development significantly faster and more efficient through optimized data preparation and management, high-throughput training pipelines, distributed infrastructure, and automated evaluation tooling.

• Own the technical design and delivery of customer implementations across MENA, from kickoff through production cutover
• Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept design, and evaluations for regional prospects, partnering with Account Executives through the sales cycle

• Build and ship whatever the solution needs, whether that's an end-to-end service, an integration, internal tooling, or agent and prompt engineering
