Daxia is a smart contract creation service for OTC derivatives on decentralized networks. We're working with members to construct open source derivative contracts to serve as the backbone of the new financial system.

The derivatives market today is a system where two parties who want to transfer risk have to go through a myriad of middle men, intermediaries, brokers, dealers, exchanges, clearing houses and banks all to simply take or hedge a position.

With Daxia, the new model provides secure, efficient, and portable contracts for the execution of derivatives without intermediaries. By using blockchain technology and decentralized computing networks, such as Ethereum, Daxia has decentralized every aspect of a derivative.
