Our mission as a company is to eliminate the suffering caused by ill health in the world. This means whatever promotes, harbors, causes, and prolongs ill health in humanity concerns us. A lot of ill health is caused by poverty, lack of education, lack of access to healthcare, a person’s individual genetics, and their social and personal circumstances. All of these things are collectively called determinants of health. We act across all determinants of health and wellness and address causes of ill health at their roots. We start small and go deep. This is the thing that gets us out of bed every morning. We are a collection of individuals that feel inspired by this mission and work relentlessly to see it fulfilled.
We have chosen to start tackling this problem by identifying the core issue of health and biomedical data - interoperability and ease of usage. This is because data drives a lot of decision making in health and biomedicine. Our ability to enable knowledge management by being the key lynchpin will contribute towards our mission in a significant and meaningful way. When knowledge management becomes easy, actors in the health and biomedical space can dedicate their resources on knowledge utilization, pushing the field forward. We make this happen through our products and services. By building a platform that makes creating, curating, storing, accessing and using health and biomedical data / knowledge easy, we do the hard mundane work and let the subject matter experts focus on eliminating suffering caused by ill health.
This manifests through our precision medicine platform, starting with pharmacogenomics. Our platform is composed of layers for connected data, application development, and deployment; all seamlessly tied together using large language models. We are working with expert clinicians on product development and have a functioning prototype we will be releasing soon. Our initial target market is the US, with rapid plans for expansion globally.
