What I do day-to-day: Lead analytics engineering on client engagements, partner with our Power BI specialists on dashboard design, and (lately) help shape who we bring onto the team next. In a squad, you can find a strategic advisor, an engineer, an analyst, so junior folks aren't buried three layers deep from the client. We're also pretty allergic to consulting theatre; the goal is to leave clients with something that works, not something that looks impressive on a status report.
