We're a small, senior team of practitioners building data and AI foundations for enterprise clients. What we believe Boring architecture is good architecture. The systems we build need to still work at 2 a.m. on a Sunday when nobody's watching. We pick standard tooling, write tests, document as we go, and treat "clever" as a warning sign. Our clients inherit everything we build, open source, single-tenant, in their cloud. So we build like the next person reading the code is going to be us in six months, on a different project, trying to remember what we were thinking. (Spoiler: it usually is.) Who we hire People who are senior enough to make architectural calls in front of a client and humble enough to pair with that client's junior analyst on a dbt model the next afternoon. We're not staffing a pyramid; everyone here is expected to write the code, review the dbt models, create the reports, then sit in the room with stakeholders and explain their reasoning. How we work day-to-day Direct feedback, low ceremony. We tell each other when something's off whether it's code, approach, scope, or communication style, without waiting for a quarterly review to do it. The flip side is that nobody's keeping score; the conversation happens, the work gets better, everyone moves on.
