Dark Horse Syndicate careers
Dark Horse Syndicate is building a multidisciplinary creative company around original intellectual property that can move across publishing, tabletop gaming, physical products, collectibles, apparel, jewelry, and future digital entertainment.
The core idea is to create interconnected IP that is not trapped inside a single medium. A world developed for books and tabletop play can also support physical products, interactive experiences, digital games, branded merchandise, live events, and future licensing or partnership opportunities. Instead of creating isolated products, Dark Horse Syndicate is building a larger ecosystem where each project can strengthen the others.
The company is already beyond the idea stage. Existing work includes completed and in-development publications, original tabletop systems, tested game concepts, product designs, manufacturing preparation, physical prototypes, wholesale and retail outreach, business planning, and early digital-development strategy.
The main pain point we are solving is fragmentation within creative entertainment. Independent creators often have strong ideas but lack the structure, capital, manufacturing access, technical support, or cross-disciplinary team needed to turn those ideas into scalable businesses. At the same time, many entertainment products are developed in silos: a game is just a game, a book is just a book, and merchandise is created only after something becomes successful.
Dark Horse Syndicate is approaching that problem differently by designing the commercial ecosystem alongside the creative work from the beginning.
A second pain point is the gap between creative development and execution. Many promising concepts never progress because creators must separately navigate publishing, manufacturing, product development, technical production, branding, funding, distribution, and commercialization. Dark Horse Syndicate is building systems that connect those stages so ideas can move more efficiently.
