R&D Electrical Engineer Join Daphne Technology to take an active part in our exciting journey to bring a disruptive exhaust gas cleaning system to the maritime market. Responsibilities • Responsible for development of all the electrical aspects of DT. • Closely work together in a cross functional team to develop DT technology, making sure that DT has covered and acquired relevant technology expertise to deliver a well-functioning, and safe system • Being involved in patent matters and/or patent application • To work in an active and methodical way, securing that the design will fulfill the requirement specification regarding safety, Class requirements and quality and usability. • Assist putting together detailed technical specification in the inquiry procedure during the prototype design and testing of components. • Report to the R&D Manager. Requirements Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering • Experience with power electronics, magnetics and power conversion design experience (H-Bridge, Boost converters, Resonant converters, etc.) • Experience with high voltage systems and isolation • In-depth knowledge of design, application, and fabrication/assembly of power supply circuits and components, circuit boards, wiring and wiring harnesses, and control elements. • Hands-on troubleshooting digital and analog systems • Strong problem analysis and solving skills • Familiarity with the design and evaluation of analog and digital circuits DAPHNE TECHNOLOGY SA Function description: R&D Electrical Engineer • Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice, LabVIEW • Familiarity with computer programming languages, e.g. C, C#, LabWindows/CVI Knowledge of electronic test equipment and test techniques for digital and mixed technology products • Proficiency in MS Office tools • Self-motivated with a desire for personal growth • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in English both written and verbally
