The world loves dairy. People have consumed it for thousands of years and it is addictive. Despite knowing that dairy farming causes pollution and animal suffering, consumers are struggling to give up that tangy flavour of cheese to go with their cracker or in their salad. We also co-evolved with cows and their milk and are putting it literally everywhere due to its nutritional density. Daisy Lab wants to give the world real dairy without the cows. We are based in New Zealand - a traditional dairy innovation hub and the largest exporter of dairy proteins in the world. We believe that building on our traditional dairy heritage, we can create an amazing new direction for this industry.
