Daisy Lab wants to give the world real dairy without the cows. We are based in New Zealand - a traditional dairy innovation hub and the largest exporter of dairy proteins in the world.
Once we have cracked the code for the dairy identical protein, we will begin production of traditional dairy products - starting with a piquant aromatic feta cheese!
