Culture and benefits at Cynomi

Smart, self motivated, respected, supported, empathetic and diverse. These are the words we describe the people at Cynomi. We're building a culture where everyone is committed to and shares in our company's success whilst protecting our customers from the threats of bad actors. We're solving exciting problems in a large market with a huge need. We have daily stand-ups with the whole team followed by breakout conversations as necessary. We use Github and Github flow for code management, code review processes and project management. Whilst from time to time we have deadlines, we determine timescales by heavily involving all engineers. We have set linting standards, and standardised interchange formats and are working towards having a high level of testing. Every week we have 30-60min just to get together and have some fun, whether it's a quiz, a round of Among Us, or even the sharing of stories between team members, it's a great way to get to know each other and share some laughs whilst we can't meet in person. Post Covid we're expecting to be mostly remote, meeting up to twice a week in the office.
