Open Position: Growth Lead & Developer Evangelist (Early Member) 1. The Mission As the first dedicated Marketing hire at CYAN OS, you won't just be "posting on social media." You will be the bridge between our world-class infrastructure (Top 1 DevHub) and the global developer community. Your goal: Turn sub-200ms latency into a household name in the AI industry. 2. Key Responsibilities Technical Storytelling: Translate deep-tech specifications into compelling organic content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Dev.to. Community Architecture: Build and moderate our core developer hubs (Discord/Telegram) and manage GitHub engagement. Organic Growth: Execute non-paid strategies to attract Beta testers and partners. Strategic Networking: Work alongside the Founder to coordinate with VCs (like Antler) and Academic Labs (HUST/NEU). 3. Requirements & Skills The "Vibe": You understand that "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." Writing Prowess: Ability to write English content that resonates with both Silicon Valley VCs and Hanoi-based Devs. Tech-Savvy: You don't need to code, but you must know why "Latency" and "Kernel Optimization" matter for AI. Mindset: 6 years of intensity or equivalent "hunger" to build something from zero to one. 4. Compensation & Logistics Salary Range: $600 - $1,200 USD (Negotiable based on experience) + Significant Equity (ESOP). Location: Hybrid – Hanoi, Vietnam (Near HUST/NEU) or Remote.
