Cubii is the latest digital health product in the market. Apple's Health Kit and Google's Health Kit present an imminent threat to wearables, but Cubii differentiates itself by creating a health product which provides a source of exercise in addition to the ability to track your exercise. Cubii's first product is an under-desk elliptical trainer that lets desk workers stay active and get some light exercise. Cubii takes fitness tracking to the next level, by providing an actual source of exercise as well. Based in Chicago, Cubii launched via one of Chicago's most funded crowdfunding campaigns in 2014.
