The first round of the in person interview will require you to interact with the app and tell us what can be improved. This serves as a marker for us to understand whether you can understand the larger goal of the product, and give suggestions on improvements based on your area of expertise. For example, a user experience designer will be expected to tell us how to improve a particular flow in the app, a data scientist might tell us how machine learning can make the experience 10X.
