Through the years we have learned that everybody’s path in life is different. Especially today, in a fast-changing world, we believe form and titles do not necessarily define a person’s performance and capacity to contribute to the company’s business. We are well aware that not everybody has had the same opportunities at start, not everybody grows and evolves at the same speed, a bad decision, a failure doesn’t define who you are and the work you can do. We are looking for people that have passion, talent, real skills and emotional intelligence. Above all we strive to select fast learners, people that can adapt quickly to change and that have passion for what they do. Our number one criteria for selecting a candidate is not what the person can do for us today, but where we see this person in the future. We are not here to measure how much time you work or to enforce unnecessary supervision. So we are currently adopting a work from home format. However, we do expect our team to be close to our current office locations (Netherlands, Italy and Turkey) in order to participate in periodic team activities. However we will consider outstanding candidates from other locations too.
