We embrace the flexibility of asynchronous work, valuing the quality of output over rigid schedules. Our team members have the freedom to work at their own pace, focusing on delivering results rather than clocking hours. We don't do SCRUM or other Agile practices, instead we've adopted BaseCamp's ShapeUp principles, as they allow us to make best based how much resources we want to expand vs a forced march of continual "it'll get finished in the next sprint." At Crafted Labs, we aspire to create an equitable workplace where profit sharing and transparency are integral to our operations, inspired by ConvertKit's model.
