Our coworking place that was founded in the beginning of 2017 in a 350m2 office in the center of Lausanne have the total potential of approximatively 40 individual working places, 10 small offices, few meeting rooms and a huge conference room. Actually we plan to implement the stage 2 of the development of the coworking place that consists of optimisation of the space use in order to achieve the above mentioned numbers relatively working places and offices and implementation of a new DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) governance systems based on a blockchain principles that will be composed principal of: - own internal cryptocurrency (with the possibility to extend externally it in the future); - internal task management rewarding system applicable to the members of the coworking place; - democrats and transparent decision making; - encouraging community spirit within the coworking members. that will allow to make members of the community aware of their responsibility for the coworking premises and the concept in general. In the same time this new governance systems will delete the administrative function, encourage internal exchanges and insure its prosperous future development.
