Culture and benefits at cove.dev

At Cove, we’re a three-person innovation lab running at full tilt—think midnight whiteboard marathons in our Distillery loft, spontaneous pizza-fueled “hack sprints,” and a single Slack channel where every triumph, hiccup and GIF battle happens in real time. There’s no chill, no PTO, just relentless curiosity and ownership: if something needs building, shipping or fixing, it’s on you from idea to launch. We’re writing the Cove playbook together—every line of code, customer call and caffeinated brainstorming session shapes who we’ll become. If you live for the rush of creating something out of nothing and never want to slow down, you belong here.
