Our customer profile is the typical large, global MNC which banks on large engineering hubs around the world. Specifically, we sell to HR Heads & BU Heads to help them with their employee engagement.

Employee engagement today is measured simply via the response rate to surveys. Add on top the generational gap & distributed setup. And this makes our clients absolutely limited in how they could engage with the new age employees.
