Real Estate finance is a huge industry with a market size of about $6 trillion dollars - almost a third of the entire US GDP. In our beach-head market of hard money based real estate investment lending alone, there are about 300,000 fix and flip transactions in the US annually. This amounts to about $56B in real estate investment loans as of the most recent compiled data in 2016. Corelant is an early-stage startup building a vertically-integrated platform to serve the needs of real estate investors, starting with providing seamless financing options. We have funded over $18M in investment loans for projects ranging from fix-and-flips to larger multiple-homes portfolio deals to-date and are growing rapidly. We are a customer-centric company and we believe in the power of technology to bring about positive change in established, lower-tech industries.
