• Have a minimum of 4+ years of proven experience selling technical commercial or enterprise SaaS solutions, preferred Marketing technology experience
• Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding your sales numbers in a competitive environment

• You are the strategic lead for the clients in your book of business.
• You will build strong relationships with your clients in order to understand their business goals, business needs, the priorities of these goals and needs, and how Constructor maps to these goals and needs.

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Customer Success Managers across Southern Europe, with a focus on the main markets of France and Spain (and other Southern European countries)
• Ensuring customers successfully go live and continue to see measurable value from Constructor's product.

• Own the customer journey from project kick-off, launch, adoption, and ongoing value realization, ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes and are delighted with the partnership.
• Build trusted relationships across complex enterprise organizations, engaging confidently with stakeholders ranging from engineers, data and product teams to Heads and Directors of Ecommerce, Digital, Product, and Technology, as well as VP and C-level executives.
