Culture overview
We tend to higher younger people between the age of 16-21 mainly as this is a completely youth driven organisation. The people that are present in our team come from various institutions in town and work together for the benefit of the company. We believe in unity being the greatest power and work together in all phases which makes us connected closely to one another. Our meetings are mainly formal but, we maintain our personal relations with one and other while doing our work as well thus, balancing our personal and professional life.
