ConnektHomes is an exciting new startup in the Hospitality space. We create and provide serviced apartments in Prime areas of Mumbai. Our USP's are: 1. We have a unique business model. While we do not own properties, each of our properties is leased. This creates an asset light model with high profitability (therefore no chance of going bust !) 2. Our properties are renovated and decorated to meet international standards in furniture, fit-out and decor. Low cost Design is our niche. Founder is an Architect 3. We have a Social angle to hosting guests. From time to time, we organise immersive social cultural activities. These are highly appreciated by guests. Our marketing is mainly through online travel aggregators (airbnb, booking.com etc). We are looking to create a proprietory web channel with booking engine as well expand our our presence with current channel partners. See link of our current flats: airbnb.co.in/users/23039/listings
