Our consultants are a mix of staff and volunteers - our professionals come from diverse industries, including top management consulting firms, tech, engineering, finance, the civil service and university students. Each consulting team is composed of two professional volunteers and five student consultants. Professional volunteers act as team trainers and project managers and student consultants work under their direction. Clients’ missions and goals are vetted to ensure that the organizations are dedicated to helping society across the long-term. Professionals and students that volunteer with Conjunct Consulting are matched to a VWO depending on the skill set required for a particular project. Relevant skills, sector experience, and interest in the client's cause are part of the matching criteria. Conjunct focuses on providing expertise, perspective and capacity to assist community stakeholders and their partners. Project types are categorized as Strategic Planning, Impact Assessment, Operations Management, Human Capital Development, Workshops, Financial Sustainability, and Branding & Marketing. Conjunct Consulting also provides support in deploying corporate CSR, skills-based volunteerism and training and connecting nonprofit board leaders.
