Lead the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and design through development, deployment, and ensuring fulfillment of customers’ business objectives and needs.
Drive the Product Design Process with a deep understanding of design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Work closely with UX/UI teams to create and refine user-centric products.
Prepare user stories and detailed functional requirements for the harmonized Salesforce Service Cloud and connected technologies (e.g., Sprinklr) and interfaces.
Actively contribute to the Salesforce Design process led by an external partner (Salesforce platform vendor).
Design and develop enterprise-level backend systems with consideration for upstream and downstream integrations.
Develop, optimize, and maintain complex Microsoft SQL Server/SQL solutions, including queries, stored procedures, database design, and performance optimization.
