• Own the daily Operational support and systemic continuous improvements. Establish collaborative relationships with Vault Operations leaders and support daily, ongoing requests for issue resolution or continuous improvements in Vault tools and WMS. Serve as the accountable leader for the reliability, roadmap and improvements of these systems.

• Get It Right: Perform preventative maintenance tasks on Ultrasonic Welders, Radio-Frequency Welders, Laser Cutters (with filtration systems), Air Compressors and Supply lines, Deionizing Air Guns, Computer Controlled Photographic Cameras, and Heat Sealers to ensure quality production, maintaining the highest standards that our collectors depend on

• Support the monthly and quarterly financial close process – including Adaptive reporting, variance reviews, and preparation of close metrics and summaries
• Coordinate close deliverables across workstreams, tracking open items and ensuring timely resolution

• Take on complex, loosely defined projects, including those that span other engineering teams, and own their design from first sketch to production
• Build backend services, APIs, and data models that power the internal applications our grading and authentication teams rely on every day
