Colleaga is an orchestrated network of collaborative mission-based innovation programs to improve health and social systems. Colleaga helps innovators and their ecosystems achieve their desired impact through orchestrating mission based innovation partnerships. Using structured ideation and enhanced engagement between all partners, we develop thriving innovation communities to solve wicked problems. As the Product Leader you will help create and enhance an innovation accelerator platform to build multiple interconnected accelerators, all promoting different kinds of social impact products. This role is responsible for building the platform comprised on multiple interoperable components that allows: • Teams of Innovation Fellows in accelerators to learn and build their projects, innovation partnerships and companies most effectively. • Accelerator management to build accelerator cohorts, programs communities and learning. • Allows a Colleaga innovation community to support teams of fellows in collaboration events. • Allows Distinguished Faculty, advisors, and consultants to demonstrate the value of their services by teaching Innovation Fellows and helping them do what they need to do. As part of the executive team reporting to the CEO, you will contribute to our product strategy and lead a high velocity, high quality team that is focused on solving real customer problems and transforming health and social care. You are a great strategist who demonstrates terrific business acumen, passion for innovation, and are an outstanding collaborator. Our product leader has the following requirements: • Well organized, can manage multiple team resources, while keeping focused on the product and user experience • Experience developing an appropriate roadmap publication • Direct development and operations resources experience to measure user and enterprise value • Demonstrated track record of continuously improving user experience
