CollabNow is looking for experienced SDRs as we help our customers improve remote collaboration workloads when they use our real-time collaboration platform components that includes Video Conferencing, Scheduling Automation, Video Messaging and Conversational Analytics capabilities to applications and business processes. Developers benefit from the CollabNow SDK because they eliminate the cost, complexity, and friction of creating and maintaining their own real-time collaboration services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real-time remote collaboration, has a strong industry background in UCaaS, VoIP, Video/IP, SIP, WebRTC, video enabled applications, Scheduling Automation, NLP and has a blend of business, technical, project management, and sales skills necessary to help customers and prospects improve collaboration workloads. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a sales pipeline focused on driving adoption, revenue, and market penetration. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record and background that enables them to lead a sales effort that will include teaming with CollabNow Solutions Architects, and Partners. Plus, the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. The ideal candidate will have both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive a customer engagement at the Executive (VP/CXO) level as well as with software developers and IT architects. The candidate should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a plan and consistently deliver on quarterly business objectives and adoption/revenue targets. Teamwork, Account strategies, cross selling/expanding, solution selling, negotiation, project management, objection handling, and closing are some of the critical skills required for success.
