Cointaxes was formed and funded with the mission to establish confidence and certainty in cryptocurrency. Our goal for 2018 is help catalyze mainstream adoption of digital currencies by educating consumers and preparing an easy-to-understand and accessible tool for tax compliance.

Our primary product is high quality cryptocurrency tax preparation software for individuals, businesses and tax professionals. We are proud of the product because it guides consumers step-by-step through the process, creating confidence and certainty along the way. For tax professionals, Cointaxes is the most comprehensive product with tools to shed light on an otherwise black box process.

We go beyond gains and losses. We prepare our customers for their full crypto tax liability not just their capital gains and we make our clients aware of non-tax related obligations arising from their cryptocurrency activities, such as FBAR requirements.
