CNA Simulations careers

CNA Simulations is an ed-tech and health-tech startup offering a first-of-its-kind suite of interactive, web-based virtual clinical simulations tailored specifically to certified nursing assistant (CNA) education. Instructors love them, especially the EMR documentation attached to each simulation. The simulations are self-directed, easy to use, and don't require special equipment or technology. You just need a tablet or laptop and a wifi connection.

CNAs are a critical workforce. They care for our nation's older adults, helping our loved ones age with grace. We are simulating the part of nursing assistant training that takes place in a nursing home; that's how students earn to deliver care to live patients. By enabling part or all of that clinical learning to occur virtually, we give teachers and students realistic clinical simulations they can engage in from anywhere. CNA Simulations helps students grow their confidence and capacity to deliver high-quality care in the real world through risk-free simulation in a virtual one.

Our founder is a physician, and we have an incredible team of experienced nurse educators, 3-D artists, and engineers. We released our first module late last year and now serve CNA programs at community colleges, trade schools, high schools, and nursing homes across the country.
