There are no existing software platforms designed to advise and offer a complete financial education to inexperienced investors so we created CMPD Wealth, a platform designed to help underinvested communities (minorities, women, veterans) learn how to invest. Founder Bios Andrew Glaze, CFA Andrew serves on the board of NASDAQ:MDIA, where he is the Audit Chair and served on the board of NASDA:NCMI, a media advertising platform generating > $250 million of annual EBITDA. Andrew has worked at Standard General, Claar Advisors, Merrill Lynch and his own hedge fund Emys Capital. He has cumulatively invested more than $1 billion in public and private transactions. CMPD Wealth leverages Andrew’s extensive knowledge of capital markets and corporate finance as well as digital advertising. Andrew served as a US Army officer for five years and is a service-disabled veteran. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from West Point and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Justin White Justin began his career as a strategy and management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. For the past decade, Justin has worked across emerging technology sectors developing and executing partnership strategies. Prior to joining Compound, Justin has focused his partnerships specialty in the fintech sector, specialty in the fintech sector, leading bank partnerships for SoFi and Even Financial. Justin served five years in the Marine Corps as a Non-Commissioned Officer working for the State Department in U.S. embassies in Europe and Africa. Justin subsequently attended Columbia University and then received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
