The CEO lives in an RV and has been #citydating since June 2016. You're encouraged to be a remote worker and actually explore the world. CMOx works hard to deliver great results for our clients and we do it while having a great time. The business is built on smart tools like Slack, Asana, Google Apps, Zoom and good old-fashioned phone calls. We want RESULTS and could care less if you deliver those results while backpacking across some great continent. Here's the summary: Show up, do great work, deliver great results, unplug and then do you. We won't call you after hours; we'll encourage you to have a life. We want people who are community-minded, so apply if you want to love the people you work with and the work you're doing. Hiring for REMOTE roles, however the CEO wants to help out his hometown... if you're in Traverse City area or East Lansing (Go State!), you might get shuffled to the top.
