The Mandate Execute: Design and deploy the MVP ("Financial Truth Engine") in an 8-10 week sprint. Secure: Implement bank-grade data protection and compliance protocols. Own: Select and manage the entire technology stack and deployment pipeline. The Profile Technical Authority: Full-Stack expertise with a strong focus on Backend architecture and Database integrity. Business Logic: Ability to translate complex financial flows into deterministic code. High Agency: Autonomous decision-making and rigorous problem-solving. The Offer Significant Equity Stake (Co-Founder status). Profit-share/Stipend during the build phase. Remote-first culture (Madrid HQ).
