• Solve geospatial engineering challenges: Solve problems by optimising workflows for massive global geospatial datasets: from processing terabytes of satellite imagery to scaling out a river flood model on a continental scale. You’ll help ensure that models are robust, high-performance, and able to scale seamlessly.

• Identify potential property and company asset damage from severe weather events
• Assess the impact of climate risks on asset valuations

• Loss Model Development: Research and implement loss models that quantify climate-related risks, focusing on robustly estimating asset vulnerabilities.
• Model Calibration & Validation: Calibrate and validate loss models against a wide variety of data sources ensuring they meet rigorous scientific and practical standards.

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Execute a forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap for our products, translating our vision into actionable steps and deliverables.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional pods with engineering, science, data science and commercial teams to drive product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

• Product Roadmap: Owns and drives their remit under the guidance of more senior PMs. Trusted to run a pod but not expected to lead it independently.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Enable cross-functional pods with engineering, science, data science and commercial teams to drive product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
