Transparency has always been a major concern in all kinds of governance whether it's corporate governance, NGOs or governments. Governments have created rules and laws like related party transactions, necessary disclosures, minority shareholder protection, anti-bribery laws for Legislators and government servants etc. Still bringing the trust in the system has been a big challenge as the transparency is limited.
