Find and reach ops/logistics leads at D2C brands (500–3,000 orders/day) on LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp explaining them the product and get demo calls scheduled.
Run discovery calls on order volume, couriers used, COD share and RTO pain
Take deals through to close with the founder
