• Build self-service developer platforms that enable engineers to provision infrastructure, deploy applications, manage secrets, and access shared services with minimal operational overhead.
• Create reusable platform services and SDKs including identity & authorization, secrets management, deployment orchestration, service discovery, configuration management, and platform APIs.

• You have at least five (5) years of software design and development experience including CI/CD, source code control, testing, and quality management.
• You are highly proficient in Python, SQL, database design, and have experience working with data warehouses like Snowflake to generate complex solutions at scale.

• You will build the core AI platform that powers a copilot inside a new, AI-native trading experience
• You will develop a high-performance backend in Rust that supports streaming responses, low-latency tool execution, caching, and reliable orchestration of model + tools

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience implementing web applications.
• 3+ years of experience working with modern web technologies, including demonstrated success at a Senior or higher Engineer level

• You will build a best-in-class web experience for sophisticated retail traders on a new, AI-native active trading platform
• You will ship core active trading workflows: order entry, positions/holdings, blotter/activity, watchlists, alerts, and high-information-density views

• You will develop a high-performance backend in Rust that supports streaming responses, low-latency tool execution, caching, and reliable orchestration of model + tools
• You will build the core AI platform that powers a copilot inside a new, AI-native trading experience

• You have at least five (5) years of professional experience implementing highly scalable services in Java (with deep fluency in the Spring Framework ecosystem) and/or Python (with deep fluency in FastAPI, Pydantic, and async patterns), including experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and data processing libraries such as Pandas or Polars. Proficiency in one is required; experience in both is a strong plus.

• You demonstrate confidence in designing and building flexible APIs which enable a microservice architecture to reliably deliver consistent data

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time data pipelines to handle financial market data with low latency and high throughput in a resilient manner.
• Work with various asset classes such as equities, options, futures, and other financial instruments to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
