Eventually, Claim, Inc. will evolve into a KBB meets TurboTax web/app SaaS program that will be able to instruct the insured on what they should be paid for a claim after providing specific critical information. The web/app will allow them to manage the claim themselves or offer expert consultants through the network depending on individual need. Claim, Inc. will be highly data and analytic centric throughout all growth cycles.
Claim, Inc. will license and train in-house adjusters, as well as have field scope team members immediately upon arrival to loss sites daily to categorize and scope the claim first in specific markets. Claim, Inc. next catalogs the loss data for the future evolution of the company (to tell individuals how much they should be getting paid and providing referrals).
